摘    要:山西省卫生防疫站脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)实验室从1998年7月正式使用L20B细胞,并同时使用RD和Hep-2细胞进行急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例病原学监测,为了解同时使用3种细胞对AFP病例病原学监测结果的影响,将308例AFP病例粪便标本在3种细胞上的分离状况进行比较分析.同时使用3种细胞共分离到脊灰病毒(PV)20份,其中RD细胞分离到14份,L20B细胞16份,Hep-2细胞8份,总分离率为6.5%.分离到非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV)65株,其中RD细胞30株,Hep-2细胞48株,分离率为21.1%.结果显示,同时使用3种细胞对提高PV检测灵敏度和NPEV分离率,保证脊灰实验室监测质量有重要意义.

Abstract:The L20B cell was formally used in our polio laboratory since July 1998,RD and Hep-2 cells were simultaneously used for acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)cases surveillance 308 samples of AFP cases were inoculated onto 3 types of cells simultaneously The results of virus isolation were compared and analyzed 20 polioviruses in total were isolated,the positive rate was 6 5%,of which 14,16 and 8 were isolated in RD,L20B and Hep-2 cell respectively 65 non-polio enteroviruses(NPEV)were isolated from AFP cases,30 in RD and 48 in Hep-2,the positive rate was 21 1%. Using 3 kinds of cells simutaneously are very necessary for enhancing the sensitivity of AFP virological surveillance,the isolation rate of NPEV,and to ensure the surveillance quality of poliovirus laboratory
