军官工作满意度量表的编制

摘    要:目的编制适用于我军军官的工作满意度评定量表。方法在文献分析的基础上,结合国内外已有的工作满意度量表,通过访谈、专家评定等方法,构建了我军军官工作满意度的理论维度,并在此基础上编制了军官工作满意度量表,选择某军区367名军官作为样本进行测试。运用因素分析的方法验证了军官工作满意度的理论维度,并对量表进行了信效度分析。结果军官工作满意度由6个维度构成,包括薪酬福利满意度、发展晋升满意度、上级满意度、同事满意度、下级满意度、工作本身满意度。全量表同质信度Cronbachα系数为0.921,各分量表与总量表的相关系数在0.592~0.810之间,均差异具有显著性(P<0.01),验证性因素分析的结果显示量表具有良好的结构效度,量表与总体工作满意度指数和美军在2004年使用的工作满意度量表之间有较好的效标关联效度,这些均表明量表具有良好的信度和效度。结论该量表可以作为我军军官工作满意度的评定工具。

Abstract:Objective To develop a job satisfaction scale for Chinese military officer.Methods Based on the analysis of literatures and the established job satisfaction scales,we have constructed the theory structure of the job satisfaction of Chinese military officer and developed a scale regarding to the results of interviews and specialists evaluation.Then 367 military officers were picked out randomly as samples from a military region.The data was submitted to factor analysis and to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The whole job satisfaction scale was constitute of six factors,such as pay and benefits satisfaction,development and promotion satisfaction,authority satisfaction,colleague satisfaction,subordinate satisfaction and work-self satisfaction.The coefficient of stability was 0.921,and the content validities were from 0.592 to 0.810.The factor analysis suggested the construct validity was good,and the criterion related validity to general job satisfaction and US army job satisfaction scale(2004) was good too.These all means the reliability and validity are satisfying.Conclusion The scale proves to be applicable to Chinese military officer in evaluating their job satisfaction.
