| 摘 要： | 目的 比较尿道下裂不同修复术的疗效，明确一期手术的特点。方法 分析尿道下裂修复术的统计和随访资料。结果 Denis Browne法二期修复术成功率92.7%；尿道游离延伸一期尿道修复术成功率100％；Duckett法一期尿道修复术成功率89.8%；带蒂阴囊中缝皮管一期尿道修复术成功率84.6%；尿道游离延伸法和Duckett法联合一期尿道修复术成功率88.3%;Duplay法或带蒂阴囊中缝皮管法和Duckett法联合一期尿道修复术成功率84.4%；结论 尿道下裂修复术的成功率与术者的经验和手术操作及病人的年龄有关，一期尿道修复手术期短，外形完美，成功率高达88.1%，是值得推广应用的术式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate different operative procedures for hypospadias. Methods: The success rates of different operative treatment for hypospadias were evaluated. Results: The success rate of Denis Browne procedure was 92 7% and that in free urethroplasty was 100%; the success rate was 100% in Duckett procedure; the success rate was 88 3% in free rethroplasty with Duckett; Duplay or pedicle skin flap urethroplasty with Duckett were undergone with a success rate 84 4%. Conclusion: The success rate of operative treatment for hypospadias is related with the experience of the operator and the patient's age. |
