| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(uterine arterial emlbolization，UAE)或髂内动脉栓塞术(internal iliac artery embolization，IIAE)治疗产后大出血临床效果。方法 对13例不同原因的产后大出血采用明胶海绵为栓塞剂行UAE，或IIAE治疗。结果 所有病例均一次栓塞成功，止血效果100％，无严重并发症。结论 UAE或IIAE是治疗产后大出血的有效方法，它具有止血迅速、疗效肯定、手术时间短、创伤小、保留子宫等优点，是替代子宫切除治疗产后大出血更有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the clinical effects of uterine arterial embolization(UAE) or internal iliac artery embolization(IIAE) on postpartum massive hemorrhage. Methods UAE/IIAE was performed with isinglass sponge in 13 different causal postpartum massive hemorrhage cases. Results The embolization succeed in all cases with the first treatment. The stanching rate was 100% and no severe complication was observed. Conclusion UAE/IIAE characterized by its instant stanching,certain curative effect,short operation time,minor trauma,and uterine saving etc,is a more effective way than the hysterectomy for the treatment of postpartum massive hemorrhage,and is a good substitute for the latter. |
