摘    要:以RT-PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中醛糖还原酶(AR)mRNA水平。2型糖尿病患者的PBMC AR mRNA水平与尿白蛋白排泄率呈正相关,提示AR活性与糖尿病肾病的发病机制有关。

Abstract:Aldose reductase (AR) mRNA level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was assayed by RT-PCR. There was a positive correlation between PBMC AR mRNA level and urinary albumin excretion rate in type 2 diabetic patients. The result suggests that AR activity is related to the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.
