大环内酯类抗生素在儿科常见病中的应用

目的评价大环内酯类抗生素治疗儿科常见病的疗效。方法儿科门诊及住院治疗的患儿32例,根据病情给予吸氧、吸痰、降温、对症处理等基础治疗上,分别给予大环内酯类药物治疗。结果经治疗后上呼吸道感染有效率为88.8%,下呼吸道感染有效率为83.3%,过敏性紫癜有效率100%,儿童再发性腹痛有效率66.7%,胃食管反流有效率50.0%,支气管哮喘有效率100%。结论大环内酯类抗生素不仅具有较强的抗菌功能,还能有效治疗非感染性疾病。

Macrolide antibiotics of common diseases in children

Objective To evaluate pediatric macrolide antibiotic treatment efficacy of common diseases.Methods The pediatric outpatient and inpatient treatment of children with 32 cases,the condition of patients given oxygen,suction and cooling,based on the treatment of symptomatic treatment were given macrolide therapy.Results After treatment,upper respiratory tract infection rate was 88.8%,lower respiratory infection rate was 83.3%,allergic purpura rate was 100%,children with recurrent abdominal pain 66.7%and 50.0%of gastroesophageal reflux,bronchial asthma was 100%.Conclusion Macrolide antibiotics not only has strong anti-bacterial function,but also an effective treatment of non-infectious diseases.
