胃癌患者血清血管内皮钙黏蛋白水平及其临床意义

目的:检测胃癌患者血清中血管内皮钙黏蛋白(VE-cadherin)的含量并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)对60例经病理证实的术前胃癌患者、40例慢性胃炎患者和40例正常健康者血清VE-cadherin水平进行检测。结果:胃癌患者血清VE-cadherin水平明显高于慢性胃炎患者和正常健康者(P<0.01)。胃癌患者血清VE-cadherin水平与肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、分化程度不相关(P>0.05)。结论:VE-cadherin可能与胃癌的发生有关,与肿瘤大小正相关。

Serum level of vascular endothelial-cadherin in patients with gastric cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To detect serum level of vascular endothelial-cadherin(VE-cadherin) in patients with gastric cancer and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Serum levels of VE-cadherin were measured using ELISA in 60 presurgical patients with gastric cancer confirmed by pathology,40 with chronic gastritis,and 40 healthy individuals.Results The serum VE-cadherin levels in gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in chronic gastritis or in the healthy individuals(P < 0.01 for both comparisons).Serum VE-cadherin level was correlated with tumor size(P < 0.05) but unrelated to sex,age,depth of infiltration,lymph node metastases,distant metastases,and degree of the cell differentiation(P > 0.05 for all comparisons).Conclusion Serum VE-cadherin level may be involved in the genesis of gastric cancer and is positively correlated with tumor size.
