不同性格不同学历护士对护士长素质要求及对策

目的探讨护士对护士长素质要求及对策。方法采用艾森克个性自填式问卷和自行设计的理想化护士长应具备的素质问卷,调查本院288名护士对理想化护士长的要求。结果不同性格不同学历护士对护士长素质要求不同,各项指标分别经过字2检验,P<0.05或P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论护士长做好软件管理,管理型与学术型兼备,因人而异的人性化管理,加强心理品质培养:达到护士对护士长素质的要求。

Request and countermeasure of nurses with different educational backgrounds and characters to the diathesis of charge nurses

Objective To explore request and countermeasure of nurses to the diathesis of charge nurses. Methods Adopting Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and self-designed diathesis questionnaire that the sublimate charge nurses should possess, request of 300 nurses to the diathesis of charge nurses were investigated in this paper. Results Different requests exist in nurses with different educational backgrounds and characters to the diathesis of charge nurses. Various indexes which examine through X2 test have shown significant differences, P<0.05 or P<0.01. Conclusion Important measure that the diathesis of charge nurses attains the request of nurses are as follows: the charge nurses will need to do well at the software management, own management ability and professional knowledge, vary from person to person to apply management and enhance the mental quality cultivation.
