| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氯磺酸中毒患者心理特点。方法对76例氯磺酸中毒患者进行急性期和康复期心理护理,并采用症状自测量表对中毒人员在治疗、护理前后进行心理测评并做比较分析。结果中毒患者入院时躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性9个因子显著高于国内常模,P均<0.01;治疗和心理护理后9个因子均有明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论氯磺酸中毒患者入院时可出现躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、敌对等多种复杂异常的心理改变,应实施针对性的心理护理,促进其身心康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of cholorate toxicosis patients.Methods Psychological nursing was performed in76cholorate toxicosis patients during acute stage and recovery stage.SCL-90was used to examine and evaluate their mentality before and after treatment and nursing,the statistic data analyzed.Res ults9factors in SCL-90were higher in scores than in Chinese populace norm(P<0.01):e.g.somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relation,anxiety,depression,hostility,horror,paranoid state,psychosis.After9months of treatment,all the factors were promoted,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclus ion Such mental changes as somatization,compulsion,anxiety,depression,hostility,horror manifest in cholorate toxicosis patients.Pertinent psychological nursing need to be perform to promote their physical and psychological rehabilitation. |
