| 摘 要： | 采用琼脂平皿法测定某些眼病患者泪液溶菌酶含量。结果表明,单纯疱疹性角膜炎虹膜睫状体炎与干燥性角结膜炎等患者泪液溶菌含量较正常眼的有明显降低(P<0.01);轻型(Ⅰ期)沙眼患者泪液溶菌酶与正常眼的无明显差异(P>0.10)。此结果提示测定泪液溶菌酶含量对上述前三种眼病具有一定的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | We applies an agar-plate method to detetion of lysozyme(LZM)level in tears in some eye diseases. LZM level in tears was significantly decreased in herper simplex viruskeratitis iris-cil- iary inflammation and dring kera-conjunctivitis in comparison with normal eye(P<0.01). There was no significant change in a mild form of (stage I )tracoma(P>0.10). It is suggested that the detection of LZM level in tears have certain diagnostic significance in above three eye diseases. |
