| 摘 要： | 本文采用指纹法测定了南昌地区57例正常人血清中游离氨基酸浓度,其中,男性31例;女性26例。结果表明血清中游离氨基酸含量无性别之间的明显差异,所测得16种氨基酸浓度的均值及范围与文献中报道的相仿。为开展本地区的氨基酸临床生化检测及先天性氨基酸代谢病研究提供了参考数据。 |

| Abstract: | This article reports the use of finger print method to determine the concentration of serum amino acids of 57 normal persons living in Nan Chang region. The values of 16 free amino acids in serum were estimated.The experimental result showed that no visible difference was present between the levels of serum amino acid in men and women, and the average values and ranges of these serum amino acids determined in our laboratory were similar to those reported in other laboratories. These experimental values can serve as a reference for the examination of levels of amino acids in clinical biochemistry and in prenatel metabolic diseases of amino acids. |
