巩膜环扎外加压术联合氩激光治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离

目的：观察巩膜环扎外加压术联合氩激光治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法：回顾分析2007-01~2009-12经巩膜环扎外加压术联合氩激光治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离32例36眼,所选病例均为孔源性视网膜脱离合并以视网膜下膜为主的PVRC级的患者。结果：术后随访3个月~1年,视网膜完全复位25眼,4眼明显好转,2眼因PVR进展行玻璃体切割术,1眼放弃治疗。术后视力提高21眼,7眼视力不变,4眼视力下降。结论：巩膜环扎外加压术联合氩激光治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离损伤小,操作简单,并发症少,疗效满意。

External Pressure Scleral Buckling Combined with Argon Laser in the Treatment of Old Retinal Detachment

Objective：To observe the efficacy of external pressure scleral buckling combined with argon laser treatment in patients with old retinal detachment.Methods：We reviewed 32 cases of old retinal detachment 36 eyes treated by external pressure scleral buckling combined with argon laser in our hospital from January 2007 until Dec 2009,the selected cases were retinal detachment associated with subretinal membrane PVRC class of patients.Results：Followed up for 3 months to 1 year,the retina was completely reattached in 25 eyes,4 eyes obviously improvement,2 eyes with vitrectomy for PVR progress in line,one to give up treatment.Postoperative visual acuity were improved in 21 eyes,unchanged vision in 7 eyes,4 eyes decreased vision.Conclusions：The advantages of external pressure scleral buckling combined with argon laser treatment on retinal old injuries was simple,less complications and results were satisfactory.
