| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃脘痛中医辨证分型与胃窦黏膜内生长抑素含量关系。方法用放射免疫测定法对血浆及胃窦部黏膜组织提取物作生长抑素含量测定。结果以实证为主的胃脘痛患者血清、胃窦黏膜生长抑素的分泌量显著高于虚证患者及对照组,胃阴不足和脾胃虚窦型则明显下降。结论生长抑素分泌含量与胃脘痛证型有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the diagnosis based on overall analysis of epigastralgia of traditional Chinese medicine and relevant content of gastricmucosa growth inhibition.Methods Study the interrelationship of syndromes through the measurement and content of gasticmucosa growth inhibition change.Results The secretion of gastric antrum mucosa growth inhibition is significantly more in the cases with sthenia-syndrome than in the cases with asthenia-syndrome and the control group.Conclusion The content of gastric mucosa growth inhibition is relevant to the diagnosis based on overall analysis of epigastralgia of traditional Chinese medicine. |
