| 摘 要： | 老年髋部骨折是临床中一种常见的创伤，非手术治疗卧床时间较长，并发症多，病死率高。我院自1995年1月-2001年12月收治324例老年髋部骨折患者，采用经皮双头加压螺纹钉加折断式螺钉治疗51例，取得满意效果，现报告如下。
