摘 要: | 目的 探讨白细胞介素 4 (IL 4)和白细胞介素 17 (IL 17)在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)发生发展中的作用。方法 采用ELISA法测定40例UC患者及30例正常对照者血浆IL 4和 IL 17 的含量。结果 40 例 UC患者和 30 例健康人血浆 IL 4 (pg/ml) 4.57±1.36 vs 18.67±4.22或IL 17浓度(pg/ ml) 29.4±2.8 vs 19.1±2.1比较,差异有非常显著性(P < 0. 01) 。活动期(29例)和静止期(11例) UC患者血浆IL 4 (pg/ ml) 9.4±1.6 vs 12.03±3.72或IL 17浓度(pg/ ml)32.63±3.58 vs 19.23±2.37比较,差异有非常显著性( P < 0. 01)。轻、中、重度活动期血浆IL 4 (pg/ ml) 分别为13.35±2.98,8.12±1.56,4.4±1.0或 IL 17浓度(pg/ ml) 分别为13.36±1.15,19.31±1.78,32.6±3.01相互间比较,差异有显著性(P < 0.01)。结论 IL 4和 IL 17参与了UC的炎症过程。Th1/Th2细胞免疫的失衡与UC的肠道炎症启动和慢性化相关。

Abstract: | Objective Objective To explore the clini cal significance of interleukin 4(IL4) &interleukin 17`s blood plasma level in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) .Methods The blood plasma level of IL-4 and -17 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in patients with UC.Results The blood plasma level of IL4 in patients with UC(40 cases) was significantly lower than that in normal people (30 cases)[( 4.57±1.36)pg/ ml vs (18.67±4.22)pg/ ml (P< 0.01)], and the level of IL17was significantly higher than that in normal people[(29.4±2.8)pg/ml vs (19.1±2.1)pg/ml (P<0.01)]. There were significant statistical difference between active group(29 cases) and quiescent group (11 cases)((P<0.01) by the blood plasma level of IL-4(9.4±1.6 vs 12.03±3.72 pg/ ml) or IL-17(32.63±3.58 vs 19.23±2.37pg/ ml).Comparing mild, moderate and severe UC , the blood plasma level of IL-4 and -17 were signicicantly different (P<0.01) .Conclusion Interleukin-4 and Interleukin17 participate the inflammatory procedure of UC. The disbalance of Th1/Th2 cell immunity was correlated with the inducing of intestinal inflammation and chronicity in UC. |
