| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨宫颈分泌物IGFBP-1联合宫颈管长度在早产预测中的价值。方法：利用单克隆抗体快速试验检测153例孕妇宫颈分泌物中IGFBP-1进行分娩预测，同时用超声测量宫颈管长度，两者结合对早产孕妇进行追踪观察。预测早产的发生。结果：宫颈分泌物IGFBP-1联合超声测量宫颈长度对预测早产的敏感性70．73％，阳性预测值96．67％，阴性预测值92．86％。结论：宫颈分泌物IGFBP-1，联合超声测量宫颈长度可以作为预测早产的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the prognostic value of premature delivery by cervical secretory IGFBP-1 associated with cervical length.Methods:We detected insulin-like growth factor binding protein -1(IGFBP-1)from cervical secretion in 153 cases of pregnant women by application of rapid monoclonal antibody examination combined with ultrasonographic measurement of cervical length.Based on two means,we observed these patients. Results:Using these methods,the positive predictive value is 96.67%,the negative predictive value is 92.86% and the sensitivity is 70.73%.Conclusion:Labour predicting associated with ultrasonographic measurement of cervical length may serve as the impersonal index for prediction of premature delivery. |
