| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨裂愈汤对治疗肛裂的作用。方法 将 66例肛裂病人分成两组,治疗组采用裂愈场治疗,对照组采用高锰酸钾治疗,所获数据采用t检验。结果 治疗组有效率97.2％,对照组有效率76.7％,治疗组明显高于对照组,经统计学处理,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论 该方法治疗肛裂疗效满意,且简单方便,无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of Lieyutang treating Anal fissure. Methods Sixty - six patients who were devided into two groups, thirty- six cases of treated with Lieyutang were compared with thirty cases of the Control group. Results The total effective rate(97. 2% )of the therapeutic group were obviously higher than that of the control group(76.7%) (P<0.01). Conclusion It is a very effective method to treat Anal fissure. |
