摘    要:目的 研究血清S100蛋白及组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)在乳腺癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 ELISA法测定48例乳腺癌患者和92例对照组成员血清S100蛋白和TPS水平。结果 乳腺癌患者血清S100蛋白(中位值)为0.024μg/L,TPS(中位值)为135U/L;血清S100蛋白的阳性率为14.6%(7/48),TPS阳性率为50%(24/48),其中Ⅳ期患者血清S100蛋白70%(7/10)阳性,TPS阳性率60%(6/10);病情进展,血清S100蛋白与TPS增高;远处转移患者血清S100蛋白较局部复发患者明显升高。结论 血清S100蛋白及TPS水平的升高预示乳腺癌患者病情恶化,可用于乳腺癌分期判断及病情监测。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions of serum S100 protein and tissue polypeptide-specific antigen (TPS) in breast cancer and their clinical implications. METHODS: Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the levels of serum S100 protein and TPS were determined in 48 breast cancer patients as well as in 92 control subjects. RESULTS: The median level of serum S100 protein and TPS were 0.024 microg/L and 135 U/L respectively in the 48 breast cancer patients, among whom their positive rates were 14.6% (7/48) and 50% (24/48) respectively; in stage IV patients, their positive rates were 70% (7/10) and 60% (6/10) respectively. The levels of the serum S100 protein and TPS tended to increase as the disease advanced, and serum S100 protein level was significantly higher in patients with distal metastasis than in those with local relapse of the tumor. CONCLUSION: Progressively elevated levels of serum S100 protein and TPS signify the deterioration of breast cancer, and can be used to estimate the stage and state of breast cancer.
