| 摘 要： | 以聚苯乙烯小球为栽体,采用夹心法测定。结果是第一组HBsAg,抗HBc,HBeAg均阳性者7例,平均值29.18cpm;第二组HBsAg、抗HBc、抗HBe均阳性者24例,平均值3.43cpm;第三组HBsAg,抗HBc阳性,HBeAg,抗HBe阴性者9例,平均值6.84cpm。三组平均值间差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | Small polybenzoethylene beads used as carrier the serum albumin receptor was detemined by the layers method. In group 1, there were 7 cases with positive reaction of HBsAg, anti-HBc and HBeAg, the mean value was 29. 18 cpm. In group 2, there were 24 cases with positve reaction of HBsAg, anti-HBc and anti-HBe, the mean value was 3.43 cpm. In group 3, there were 9 cases with positive HBsAg and anti-HBc but negative in HBeAg and anti-HBe, the mean value was 6o84Cpm.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.01) among the results observed in these 3 groups. |
