| 摘 要： | 本文对45例氟骨症患者的骨骼 X 线征象进行分析。首次提出对骨密度判断的具体部位和方法。如骼骨体部髋臼上方骨小梁形态、股骨颈应力线形态和数目的变化、髂骨嵴皮质厚度及挠骨远端皮质厚度的测定。氟骨症骨周改变,特别是尺挠骨间膜和闭孔膜的骨化有较高的诊断价值。并观察了氟性关节炎特殊的 X 线征象,提出髋关节包埋征和肘关节侧副韧带骨化征。

| Abstract: | Roentgenogram skeletal signs of fluorosis in 45 cases aere analyzed.For diagnosis of skeletal density the authors proposed the odservation of location and method as following:method:trabecularism of corpus ossis ilium;changes of shape and number of strees line in neck of femur;cortical thickness measure- ment of crista iliaca and distal radium.Especially,ossification of membrane interossea antibrachii and foramen obturatum aponeurosis,change of skeletal overlying in fluorosis showed significance of evaluation.Special roentgenoscopy signs of fluorostic arthritis were observed.The embedded sign of articulatio coxae and ossifying sign of cubiti ligment collateral were proposed. |
