鸡实验性迟发性神经毒动物模型的建立和病理特点

摘    要:目的用鸡建立迟发性神经毒动物模型,探讨其病理特点。方法分造模组和正常组,造模组注射磷酸三邻甲苯酯(TOCP)500mg/kg.bw,正常组一次性给予注射用水。观察临床表现和病理学变化。结果造模组鸡给予TOCP后,导致造模组鸡出现共济失调、肌张力降低及肢体瘫痪,鸡大脑、小脑、脑干及脊髓局部灶性坏死、水肿、脱髓鞘改变及脊髓前角运动神经损害。结论实验结果表明用磷酸三甲苯酯建立实验性鸡迟发性神经毒动物模型方法成立,可为进一步病因机理研究提供基础。

Abstract:Objective To establish a model of experimental organophosphate-induced neurotoxicity(OPIDN) and observe the pathologic features in hen. Methods Twelve YiSha hens were divided randomly into two groups: One was only injected TOCP as the experimental group; the other was injected water as the normal group. At the same time, clinical manifestations and pathologic changes were obseved. Results TOCP caused OPIDN and brought cerebellum, spinal cord cellular alternations (e.g, dropsy, necrosis, neuronal vacuolation, degenerateon) and histopathologic changes of the test group. Conclusion The results suggest that constructed hen OPIDN model can take the basis for the aitioligical research.
