| 摘 要： | 对35例肌强直症进行了临床与肌电图分析,结果表明:35例肌强直症均出现动作性肌强直与肌强直电位.根据诊断标准将其分为两类;先天性肌强直21例,萎缩性肌强直14例,并对这两类肌强直症的诊断,病因学及两者之间的关系进行了讨论. |

| Abstract: | 35 cases with myotonia were studied clinically and electromyographically. The result indicated that 35 cases with myotonia show both action myotonia and myotonic potentials. On the basis of diagnostic standard, 35 cases with myotonia can be divided into two types: myotonia congenita 21 cases, dystrophia myotonia 14 cases. The diagnosis, etiology and relations between these two diseases were also discussed. |
