| Abstract: | Oligopeptide transporter 1(PEPT1)is a carrier protein with the function of transporting small molecule peptides.PEPT1 is expressed in a variety of tumors,and can target and transport small peptides into tumor cells.Using PEPT1 as a carrier can specifically deliver anti-tumor drugs to tumor cells,reduce the toxic and side effects of the drugs on normal tissues,and maximize the effectiveness of the drugs.In addition,PEPT1 can also mediate the transport of small peptide tumor radiotracers and tumor photodynamic therapy molecules,providing new ideas for tumor diagnosis and photodynamic therapy.In this paper,the research progress of PEPT1 in tumor target therapy was reviewed,including the expression of PEPT1 in tumors,PEPT1 mediated anti-tumor drugs,tumor radiotracers and drugs targeted delivery of tumor photodynamic therapy.The application prospect of PEPT1 in tumor targeted therapy was prospected. |
