| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the impact of the new equipment and trainings made to the disease spectrum of the pilots. Methods Fiction disease spectrum for 312 pilots and 360 military men in hospital from 2006 to 2008,and analyzed it. Results For the flight personnels, the constituent ratio ofmusculosketetal system diseases, digestive diseases was significantly higher than the military. but the constituent ratio of respiratory disease was significantlylower than the military, all have significant differences.
