伴脉络膜脱离的孔源性视网膜脱离复位术

目的 探讨伴脉络膜脱离孔源性视网膜脱离的手术方法。方法 术前不用糖皮质激素治疗。以低眼压，视网膜下液少为手术时机不放液手术。结果 手术一次性复位率91.66%，裂孔封闭后炎症消退，玻璃体改善，眼压回升，视力提高。结论 术前不同糖皮质激素治疗。有利于不放液手术和术中顶压找孔，缩短了术前等待的时间。

Surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment

ObjectiveTo discuss the surgical methods for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD)associated with choroidal detachment (CD).Methods24 cases of RRD with CD,without pre-operative steroid therapy,underwent surgery without drainage.The signs of RRD with CD such as low intraocular pressure and shallow retinal detachment,were granted as indications of surgery.Results22(91.66%) of 24 cases were strikingly succeeded.One case failed due to anterior segment ischaemia and one case diplopia and another case with hole unsealed.The anterior segment inflammation became disappeared and the vitreous condition and vision were significantly improved in 22 cases whose retinal holes were sealed.ConclusionWithout pre-operative steroid therapy is convenient for finding hole by indentation and surgery without drainage.
