食管黏膜非癌性病变临床病理形态学研究

目的　探讨食管黏膜非癌性病变的临床病理形态特征 ,以引起对该群体疾病的重视 ,为食管癌前病变提供防治依据。方法　对 5 113例胃镜检查的病人 ,常规食管黏膜活检 ,病理切片 ,HE ,AB ,PAS染色。结果　在 5 113例食管黏膜标本中 ,共检出食管黏膜非癌性病变 5 2 8例 ,其中各类原因引起的食管炎 45 6例 ,占非癌性病变的 86.3 6% ;Barrett食管 46例 ,占 8.71% ;食管黏膜白斑 15例 ,占 2 .84% ;食管憩室 6例 ,占 1.14 % ;食管囊肿 5例 ,占 0 .95 %。结论　食管黏膜非癌性病变是病因不一、组织结构不同的一大类病变 ,其中食管黏膜白斑、Bar rett食管等则是癌前病变 ,因此 ,提高对该类病变的防范和诊治同样有着重要的临床意义

A Clinically Pathological Study of Esophagus Mucosa Non-cancer Lesions

Objective To study the clinically pathologic characteristics of esophageal mucosa non-cancer lesions and provide a foundation for the prevention and the treatment of precancerous lesions. Methods Gastroscopy and routine pathological examinations were utilized onto 5 113 cases, and some special stains such as HE, AB and PAS were used when necessary. Results Of 5 113 cases, 528 were esophageal mucosa non-cancer lesions, among which there respectively were 456 cases (86.36%) with esophagitis caused by many origins, 46 cases (8.71%) with Barrett esophagus, 15 cases (2.84%) with esophageal mucosa leukoplakia, 6 cases (1.14%) with esophageal diverticula, and 5 cases (0.95%) with esophageal cyst. Conclusion Esophageal mucosa non-cancer lesions are a group of diseases with different causes and tissue structures. Some of them such as esophageal mucosa leukoplakia and Barrett esophagus belong to precancerous lesion. So it will means better clinical results for the doctors to increase the people's preventive consciousness and to improve diagnostic skills accordingly.
