四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的对比观察四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取本院70例胃溃疡患者，将入选患者随机按照1：1分为联合治疗组和对照组。联合治疗组使用泵抑制剂（奥关拉唑）40mg／d、阿莫西林2000mg／d、枸橼酸铋钾480mg／d、呋喃唑酮200mg／d口服．疗程2周。对照组采用阿莫西林、枸橼酸铋钾、奥美拉唑三联治疗，计量和疗程与联合治疗组相同。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为97．1％和71．4％：黏膜炎症阳性率54．3％和68．6％，两组比较差异显著具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组和对照组Hp检验阳性分别为4例（11．4％）和6例（17．1％），两组比较差异显著具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论四联用药组的总有效率、黏膜炎症阳性率、Hp检验阳性率均优于三联用药组，差异统计学显著，临床值得推广。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Quadruple Therapy in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

Objective To compare and observe the clinical effect of quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 70 patients with gastric ulcer were selected in this study and randomly divided into the combined treatment group and control group averagely. The combined treatment group received the pump inhibitor （Omeprazole, 40 rag/d）, Amoxicillin （2 000 rag/d）, colloidal bismuth subcitrate （480 mg/d） and Furazolidone （200 mg/d） by oral for 2 weeks. The control group received the trimodality therapy with Amoxicillin （2 000 mg/d）, colloidal bismuth subcitrate （480 rag/d） and Furazolidone （200 mg/d） by oral for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 97.1% and 71.4% respectively; the positive rate of mucosal inflammation was 54.3% and 68.6% respectively; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Positive Hp tests of the treatment group and the control group were 4 cases （11.4%） and 6 cases （17.1%） respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The quadruple therapy is better than trimodality therapy in the total efficiency, mucosal inflammation positive rate and Hp test positive rate in treatment of gastric ulcer, which is worthy of clinical application.
