2型糖尿病合并高血压与单纯2型糖尿病的各项指标对比分析

目的进一步比较2型糖尿病合并高血压与单纯2型糖尿病的各项指标。方法本文选取了我院2010年8月至2012年3月间入院治疗的相关患者为研究对象，其中2型糖尿病合并高血压患者与单纯2型糖尿病患者各22例。针对两组患者的相关临床指标、各项生化指标以及血清脂联素水平、血清内脏脂肪素水平指标进行了测定，并针对测定结果进行了比较分析。结果两组患者在收缩压SBP、舒张压DBP等指标组间比较上，差异显著，且P均〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义：在血清脂联素水平和血清内脏脂肪素水平组间比较，差异显著，且P均〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义；其它指标相比较无显著意义。结论通过临床上的各项指标比较，提示内脏脂肪素、脂联素的表达与高血压和2型糖尿病的发生发展存在一定的相关性。

The Comparative Analysis of the Indicators of Type 2 Diabetes Merged with High Blood Pressure and Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To further compare the indicators of type 2 diabetes merged with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Methods The related patients in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2012 treated in our hospital were chosen as the research object. 22 cases in type 2 diabetes merged with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. The related clinical indicators for the two groups of patients, the biochemical parameters and serum adiponectin levels, serum visfatin level indicators were measured. The result of the determination was taken for comparative analysis. Results The systolic blood pressure SBP, diastolic blood pressure DBP indicators compared in the groups, the difference was significant, and P〈0.05, there was with a statistically significant difference. Compared between serum adiponectin levels and serum level ofvisfatin group, there was significant difference, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Compared in the other indicators, there was no obvious significance. Conclusions The clinical indicators suggest that visfatin expression ofadiponectin, high blood pressure and the development of type 2 diabetes have some correlation.
