护理干预在心脏介入手术患者护理中的应用

目的进一步探讨护理干预在心脏介入手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法本文选取了我院2010年11月至2012年6月间入院治疗的48例心脏介入手术患者为研究对象，全部48例患者按照实施护理的方式不同，分成了两组，分别是干预组和常规组．每组24例患者，针对不同护理干预效果进行了比较分析。结果干预组的24例患者中总满意23例，总满意率95．83％，常规组的24例患者中，总满意21例，总满意率87．50％，两组患者满意度组间比较，干预组优于常规组，且P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论我院所采用的相关护理干预措施在心脏介入手术患者护理中具有良好的应用效果。

Application of Nursing Intervention for Patients with Interventional Cardiology

Objective To further explore the application effect of nursing intervention in the care of patients with interventional cardiology. Methods 48 cases of cardiac interventional surgery hospitalized in our hospital from November 2010 to June 2012 were chosen as the research object. According to the implementation of nursing in different ways, they were divided into two groups： the intervention group and the conventional group, with 24 patients in each group. The different nursing intervention effects were taken for comparative analysis. Results 23 cases were with with satisfaction in the intervention group of 24 patients, the overall satisfaction rate was 95.83%, and in the 24 patients of the conventional group, 21 cases were with satisfaction, and the overall satisfaction rate was 87.50%. The satisfaction comparison in the intervention group was superior to the conventional group, P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The related nursing intervention measures taken in our hospital have good application effect in nursing of the patients with interventional cardiology.
