摘    要:目的讨论两种治疗方法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法选择我院2010年2月至2102年2月收治的尖锐湿疣患者80例.根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验纽各40例。对照组采用二氧化碳激光气化皮损治疗;实验组在二氧化碳激光气化皮损治疗的基础上,使用咪喹英特乳膏进行治疗。疗程1~3个月。根据患者的皮损修复情况将疗效分为痊愈、显效、有效和无效。统计各疗效例数.并计算总有效率。结果实验组痊愈例数19例,显效例数16例,有效例数3例,无效例数2例。对照组痊愈、显效、有效和无效例数分别有13例、10例、9例和8例,与实验组有统计学差异,P〈0.05。实验组总有效率为95%,与对照组80%的总有效率有显著差异,P〈0.05。结论在使用二氧化碳激光气化皮损进行常规治疗的基础上,使用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疹可以取得更好的疗效,值得在临床中进一步推广该疗法。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of two methods for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 80 patients with condyloma acuminatum from February 2010 to February 2012 were selected and divided into experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group received carbon dioxide laser skin treatment, while the experimental group received the carbon dioxide laser skin therapy and imiquimod cream. The course of treatment was 1 - 3 months. The curative effects were divided into the recovery, marked effect, effective and invalid. The total efficiency was calculated. Results In experimental group, the total efficiency was 95%, and the total efficiency was 80% in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The use of carbon dioxide laser vaporization based on the conventional therapy has better curative effect in the treatment of acute eczema, which is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
