| 摘 要： | 目的规范腹膜透析操作流程，降低腹膜透析感染率。方法40例腹膜透析患者随机均分为两组：常规护理组采用一般护理，规范护理组采用规范的护理操作流程。结果规范护理组腹膜透析感染0例（0．00％），与常规护理组腹膜透析感染5例（25％）相比，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论规范护理操作是预防腹膜透析感染的关键，可有效地降低腹膜透析感染率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To standardize the operation process of peritoneal dialysis （PD） to reduce infection rate. Method 40 peritoneal dialysis patients were randomized into two groups： usual group with general nursing, standardized group with normative nursing operation procedure. Result Standardized group had no infection. Conclusion Standardized nursing operation is the key to prevention of PD infection. |
