内蒙古自治区卫生部结核病控制项目实施效果评价

目的：评价卫生部结核病控制项目实施效果。方法：对自治区实施项目地区和非项目地区结核病防治工作进行对比分析。结果：项目地区涂阳肺结核新登记率是非项目地区4.7倍，新发涂阳肺结核治愈率较非项目地区高23.5个百分点。结论：项目地区实施的结核病控制技术和对策在控制传染源方面是很有效的。

Effect Evaluation on Tuberculosis Control Project Implemented by Inner Mongolia Autonomy

Objective:To evaluate the effect on the program of tuberculosis control implemented by Inner Mongolia Autonomy.Methods:To analysis the effect of tuberculosis control work in the areas with and without tuberculosis control project.Results:The newly registered rate of smear positive cases in the areas with project is 4.7 times than that in the areas without project.Cure rate among new smear positive cases of the areas with project is 23.5 percent point than higher the areas without project.Conclusion:The tuberculosis control strategies of the areas with project in controling the infectious sources are obvious effect.
