| 摘 要： | 对37例高血压病患者及20例正常人左室重量指数及甲状旁腺激素(PTH-M)进行了测定,结果表明高血压病患者甲状旁腺激素显著高于正常人,伴左室肥厚者与甲状旁腺激素显著相关,提示甲状旁腺激素可能促发高血压病左室肥厚. |

| Abstract: | Left ventricular mass index and serum parathyroid hormone (PTH-M) were measured in 37 patients with hypertension diseases and 20 normals. The results indicated that serum PTH-M in patients with hypertension diseases was significantly higher than that of normals and had significantly correlation with left ventricular hypertrophy. Thus,the PTH-M might be an important factor promoting left ventricular hypertrophy. |
