| 摘 要： | 本文观察了猪卵泡壁扫描电镜的超微结构。猪卵泡壁由颗粒细胞层和卵泡膜构成。卵泡膜中包括3种细胞;分泌细胞、成纤维细胞和平滑肌细咆。本文对卵泡膜外层平滑肌细胞以及神经纤维的超微结构和功能进行了描述和讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Numerous reports on the study of ultrastructure of the ovarian follicular wall have been published, but the data on pig is still vacant, so we observed the pig ovarian follicular wall with scanning electron microscope (SEM). The wall of pig ovarian follicule consisted of layers of the granular cells and the follicular theca. Three kinds of cell (the secretory, fibroblast and smooth muscle cells) have been observed in the follicular theca. The fine structure and function of the smooth muscle cells and nerve fibers were discribed and discussed. |
