益气活血法治疗老年人椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

目的研究中医益气活血方药对老年人椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗作用及机理。方法以黄芪注射液及川芎嗪注射液静脉注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者,并以西药维脑路通注射液静脉注射做对比,并观察患者症状、体征及血流变、ET、NO、SOD及SV、PV等临床及实验指标。结果治疗组愈显率75%,总有效率92.5%;对照组愈显率52.5%,总有效率87.5%;治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);临床和实验多项指标改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益气活血通络法是治疗老年椎动脉型颈椎病合理、有效的方法。

Clinical Research of Enriching Body and Loose Blood Medicines of Herbalist Doctor for the Vertebra Artery Typic Neck Vertebral of the Old People

ObjectiveStudy the therapy function and mechanisms of enriching body and loose blood medicines of herbalist doctor for the vertebra artery typic neck vertebral disease of the old people.MethodsWe use HuangQi Injection and ChuangGongQin Injection to treat the sufferers with mainline method.The control groups were injected with the western medicine-WeiNaoLuTong,there after we observed many indexes,including the symptoms of the sufferers,blood stream change,ET,NO,SOD,SV,PV and so on.ResultsThe cure efficiency of the treating groups is 75%,the total effective efficiency is 92.5%;the cure efficiency of the control groups is 52.5%,the total effective efficiency is 87.5%;the treating groups are obviously better than the control groups(P<0.05),and many indexes in the clinic and lab were meliorated and the melioration efficiency is obviously better than the control groups(P<0.01).ConclusionEnriching body and loose blood therapy method is effective to cure the vertebra artery typic neck vertebral disease of the old people.
