深圳市宝安区劳务工避孕节育与生殖健康知信行调查

目的 为了解深圳市宝安区外来劳务工的避孕节育与生殖健康知识、行为、态度的现状.方法 从宝安区目前管辖的工厂中随机抽取1 200名劳务工,采用匿名填写和调查员面对面问答相结合的方式调查,比较男性和女性劳务工回答避孕节育与生殖健康知识、行为、态度的比例等.结果 本次调查1 200人,拒访52人,实际调查1 148人,有效调查率为95.67％.各项避孕节育与生殖健康知识问题的正确回答率在17.42％ ～84.41％之间,各项避孕节育与生殖健康态度问题的肯定回答率在22.56％～74.83％之间,各项避孕节育与生殖健康行为问题的肯定回答率在6.88％～54.09％之间.女性比男性更高的比例正确回答了最容易怀孕的月经周期、节育环的适应症、药流从流的危害和经期性行为的危害等问题；男性比女性在可适当手淫、可有多个性伙伴、接受婚前性行为和同意未婚先孕等态度问题的肯定回答率的比例更高.结论 深圳市宝安区外来劳务工的避孕节育与生殖健康知识知晓率不高,应针对男女不同对象开展健康教育,提高该人群的性与生殖健康知识知晓率.

A survey of knowledge, attitude and behavior related to contraception and reproductive health among con- tract workers in Baoan district,Shenzhen city

Objective To understand the conditions of knowledge, attitude and behavior related to contraception and re- productive health of contract workers in Baoan district of Shenzhen city. Methods Totally 1 200 contract r workers were se- lected randomly from the factories in Baoan District, and their knowledge of family planning, reproductive health and behaviors were surveyed by questionnaire and by face-to-face survey.The results were analyzed. Results The recovery of questionaire was 95.67% （52 dropped out） The correct rates of the knowledge of contraception and reproductive health were fom 17.42% to 84.41%. The correct rates of the attitude to contraception and reproductive health were from 22.56% to 74.83%, that of he cor- rect rates of the behavior were from 6.88% to 54.09%. The correct answer rates of reproductive health of female workers were higher than the males, while the correct answer rate of sex ,including appropriate masturbation, of the male workers were high- er than the females. Conclusion The knowledge rates concerning contraception and reproductive health of contract workers in Baoan district were not higher, thus health education among contract workers be carried out suitable for male and female workers be carried out to enhance the knowledge rate and healthy behaviors of the contract workers.
