368例隐翅虫皮炎患者流行病学分析

目的 分析海南隐翅虫皮炎的流行病学特征,为今后隐翅虫防治提供科学依据.方法 将2007-2012年收集的隐翅虫皮炎门诊患者,对其年龄、性别、职业、发病因素进行回顾性分析.结果 共收集隐翅虫皮炎患者368例,发病者中农民群体构成比较高,占53.3％(196例),夏秋季节为发病高峰(P＜0.05).结论 本组隐翅虫皮炎的发病具有季节性及职业性特征,好发于身体暴露部位.提示应加强对隐翅虫的生活习性、毒液知识的宣传教育,提升集体居住人群及户外作业人员的防范和处置意识.

Epidemiological characteristics of 368 cases of paederus dermatitis in Hainan Province

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of paederus dermatitis and provide evidence for prevention and control. Methods All cases were reported from outpatient department of Hainan Frontier Corps Hospital of Armed Police from 2007 to 2012, their age, gender, occupation, etiological factors were analyzed retrospectively. Results Collected 368 eases of paederus dermatitis in study, Most of the cases were farmers groups accounted for 53.3% with a total Number of 196, Summer and Autumn is the peak incidence of paederus dermatitisis. Conclusions The incidence of paederus dermatitisis had obvious relationship with seasonal and occupational characteristics~ Easy to occur in exposed body parts. The health education about living habits and venom of paederus needs to be enhanced, To prevent paederus dermatitis among the residents and outdoor workers.
