五华县消除碘缺乏病干预措施的效果评价

目的 了解五华县碘缺乏病各项防治措施落实情况及防治效果,为完善可持续消除碘缺乏病防治策略提供科学依据.方法 技术指标评估采用抽样调查,全县按地理位置东、西、南、北、中5个方位各随机抽取1个乡镇的居民和小学,调查居民食用碘盐情况、儿童尿碘中位数、8～10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率和碘缺乏病防治知识；管理指标评估采用查阅相关防控部门档案的资料及文件.结果 抽查8～10岁学生家庭食用盐和尿碘各200份,碘盐覆盖率100％,合格碘盐食用率97.5％；尿碘中位数为136.0μg/L,低于50μg/L的比例为4.0％.检查400名儿童的甲状腺肿,校正甲状腺肿大率3.1％.300名五年级学生的碘缺乏病防治知识问卷平均得分4.93分(满分5分)；100名家庭主妇的碘缺乏病防治知识问卷平均得分4.43分(满分5分).综合管理指标评估得分94.36分.结论 五华县落实了碘缺乏病的各项防治措施,而且防治效果非常显著.其中综合管理指标达到考评标准80分以上；碘盐覆盖率、居民合格碘盐食用率、8～10岁儿童尿碘水平及甲状腺肿大率均达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准.确认五华县已经实现了消除碘缺乏病目标.

Effect of interventions on elimination of iodine deficiency disorders in Wuhua county

Objective To evaluate the effect of interventions on elimination of iodine deficiency disorders in Wuhua county. Methods One thouand inhabitants and a primary school in each of the five sampling sites in Wuhua County were selected and surveyed, including the iodized salt consumption, qualified iodized salt coverage, median of children urine iodine, goiter rate of 8-10 year-old children,and Iodine deficiency disease knowledge, etc. Results Totally 200 samples were collected randomly from families with 8-10 years old student, the iodized salt coverage was 1001%, the qualified iodized salt consumption 97.5%, the median of urine iodine was 136.0μg/L and the proportion of less than 50μg/L was 4%. The thyroid gland and the goiter correction rate of 400 children surveyed was 3.1%, The average score of Iodine deficiency knowledge of 300 students was 4.93（full score was 5）. The average score of Iodine deficiency prevention knowledge of 100 house wives surveyed was 4.43（full score was also 5）. Conclusion The effect of interventions on elimination of iodine deficiency disorders in Wuhua county was significant to have confirmed the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders in Wuhua County.
