摘 要: | 目的优化从银叶中提取黄酮类化合物的工艺条件。方法以银杏叶总黄酮的含量为评价指标,以乙醇浓度、浸取温度、浸取溶剂pH、固液比等为考察因素,采用正交试验优化银杏叶总黄酮的提取工艺。结果优化的提取工艺为:70%乙醇溶液为溶剂浸取,浸取温度70℃,固液比1:20,浸取剂pH为8。结论优化的提取工艺简便、合理,可为银杏叶总黄酮工业化提取提供参考。

Abstract: | Objective To optimize the technology of extraction flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba L. leaf. Methods Content of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba L. Leaf as evaluation indexes , to examine factors such as ethanol con- centration, leaching temperature, leaching solvent pH, solid- liquid ratio. The best target was selected by orthogo- nal test. Results Optimization of extraction technology by using 70% ethanol to extract leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. at 80℃ with solid/liquid ratio Of 1:20 and leaching solvent pH = 8. Conclusion Optimization of extraction techn- ology is simple and reasonable, can provide reference for the industrialized utilization of extraction of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba L. Leaf. |
