| 摘 要： | 目的 观察全自动呼吸机(Auto-CPAP)治疗对脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者血脂及hs-CRP的影响.方法 选择脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者100例,随机分为Auto-CPAP治疗组50例和对照组50例,对照组采用常规神经内科治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用呼吸机治疗4周,比较治疗4周前后血脂及hs-CRP的变化情况.结果 治疗组及对照组血脂均较治疗前下降(P＜0.05),经Auto-CPAP治疗后4周胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)下降优于对照组(P＜0.05),2组患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05).结论 Auto-CPAP治疗可改善脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者血脂及hs-CRP.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effect of Auto-CPAP on blood lipids and hs-crp of cerebral infarction patients with OSAHS. Methods One hundred acute cerebral infarction patients with OSAHS were divided in to treatment groups and control group each with 50 eases. Patients in both groups were given normal medication while the treatment group reeeived additional CPAP treatment for 4 weeks. The levels of blood lipids and hs-erp in patients of treatmetn group 4 weeks after treatment were compared. Results The levels of blood lipids and hs-erp after treated with Auto-CPAP in patients of treatment group were improved significantly compared to that of the eontrol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The levels of blood lipids and hs-crp in patients with acute cerebral infarction and OSAHS were improved after treated with Auto-CPAP. |
