CT对卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别及意义

目的：总结分析女性卵巢占位的CT特征，以寻求和探讨鉴别诊断依据及CT诊断的价值。通过CT诊断，鉴别卵巢良、恶性病变，对临床治疗及手术提供准确依据。方法：通过回顾性分析我院2（006-2010年最终通过手术病理证实的100例卵巢肿瘤及增强扫描后资料。结果：通过CT检查对病变形态、肿块密度、大小及边界、增强后强化的方式、有无转移征象、腹腔有无肿大的淋巴结等的CT表现分析明确病变性质。结论：CT在卵巢肿瘤的诊断中已成为最重要的方法之一，对卵巢病变的诊断具有较高的价值。

Objective： To analyze the CT charac, leristics of women with ovarian footprint in order to seek and explore the basis for the differential diagnosis and diagnostic value of CT. By CT diagnosis differenlial ovarian benign and malignant lesions clinical treatment and surgery Io provide an accurate basis. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 2006~2010 in our hospital by the end of 100 pathologically confirmed cases of ovarian tumors and enhance the scan data. Results： The CT examination of the lesion morphology, mass density, size and borders, enhanced to strengthen the way, signs of metaslasis, with or without enlarged lymph nodes abdominal CT manifeslations of such specific lesions. Conclusions： CT in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors has become one of the most important, the diagnosis of ovarian lesions have a high value.
