| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一组糖尿病伴高血压病人的临床特点及治疗情况，作者认为糖尿病伴高血压病人的血糖水平明显高于单纯糖尿病病人，心脑肾损害的发生率高；运动耐量下降；单纯收缩期高血压的发生率高，治疗应首选血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂－巯甲丙脯酸，其降压作用适当，并有利于血糖的控制，可逆转心脑肾的损伤。 |

| Abstract: | We analyzed the clinical features and therapy of diabetes complicated hy-pertention.The results showed, the blood sugar contents in patient with diabetes complicated hypertension were obviously higher than the patieots with sipmle diabetes. The incidence of the injury in heart, brain, kidnry was hi-gh. Moter tolerance energy decreased. The insidence of simple systolic hypertension was high. We selected angiotension invertasc inhibitor ( Captopril) first to treat it. The function of depressing the blood pressure of this drug is suitable. It take the advantage of controling the blood sugar and conversing the injury of heart, brain, kidney. |
