基质金属蛋白酶MMP9与各类型冠心病的相关性

摘    要:
目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶与各类型冠心病的关系。方法:对于96例冠心病入院患者,根据冠心病心绞痛类型分组并且抽取静脉血5ml,离心后取血清采用SDS-Page-Zymograph method检测MMPs含量,采用冠脉造影确定冠脉狭窄程度,进行统计学分析。结果:各组MMP9测量值,急性心肌梗死、劳力型不稳定心绞痛与正常组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),变异性心绞痛与正常组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),急性心肌梗塞组差异最明显。MMP9与冠状动脉病变程度积分(γ=5.01,P<0.05)之间有统计学意义,与病变血管程度有统计学意义,与病变分支数无统计学意义。结论:MMP9与急性心肌梗死、劳力型不稳定心绞痛、冠脉狭窄程度有统计学意义,而与变异型心绞痛、冠脉病变分支数无统计学意义。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinases and all types of coronary heart disease.Method 96 hospitalized patients with coronary artery disease were divided according to the type of angina pectoris and were all drawn 5ml vein blood.The content of MMPs in serum was detected by method of SDS-Page-Zymograph after centrifugation and the stenosis degree of coronary artery was determined by coronary angiography.Results According to the content of MMP9 in all the groups,we found that acute myocardial infarction group and unstable angina-tired group both showed obvious differences compared with the normal group(P<0.05),the difference between variant angina group and the normal group was not significant(P>0.05),and acute myocardial infarction group showed most obvious difference.MMP9 was found positive correlation with coronary lesion score(r=5.01,P <0.05),also obviously related to the stenosis degree of vascular lesions,but not significant correlated with number of branches.Conclusion MMP9 is significantly correlated with acute myocardial infarction,unstable angina-tired and the stenosis degree of coronary artery,but is not obviously related with variant angina and number of branches.
