| 摘 要： | 目的 :编制计算机化神经行为核心测试系统。方法 :依WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(NeurobehavioralCoreTestBattery ,NCTB)和上海医科大学计算机化的神经行为测试系统 -汉语版 (Computer -administeredNeurobehavioralEvaluationSystemChineseVersion ,NES -C)为依据 ,用VisualBasic语言编制 ,Windows下运行 ,共 2 3项测试分别测查了感知觉、记忆、思维、心理运动及注意等基本认知能力。结果 :经实验室及现场初步测试验证 ,该软件系统的信度、效度及结果的重现性方面已达到功能设计要求。结论 :为研究异常环境下认知功能的变化和神经毒理的研究提供了一种新的测试系统 |

| Abstract: | Objective: A computerized neurobehavioral test system was introduced, which was made by visual basic and run under Windows. Method: The neurobehavioral test system was derived from neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB), which was recommended by WHO and from computerized neurobehavioral evaluation system (Chinese version). It assessed the following functions: perception, memory, thinking, psychomotor, attention and so on. Result: The reliability and validity were proved satisfying. Conclusion: It provides a brief, stable and effective test system for cognitive and behavioral toxicology. |
