| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗渍疡性结肠炎的疗效。对照组（44例），前者用柴胡白芍汤灌肠，后者用柳氮黄毗吮治疗。结果显著性（P〈0．01）。结论中药柴胡白芍汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好，方法溃疡性结肠炎患者94例，随机分为治疗组（50例）和治疗组总有效率为98％，对照组总有效率79．55％，差异具有建议临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe therapeutic effect ofbupleurum and raeoniae decoction in treatment of 50 patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 94 cases with ulcerative colitis were divided into the treatment group （n=50） and the control group （n=44） randomly, the former group was treated by enteroclysis with bupleurum and raeoniae decoction, and other group were treated by Huang Pyridine Balsalazide. Results The total effective rates were 98% in the treatment group and 79.55% in the controls with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is effective to treat ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine, which should be suggested in clinical experiences. |
