| 摘 要： | 通过对11例腹腔间室综合征(ACS)患者的临床观察,分析腹腔内压力急性升高时对机体循环、呼吸及肾功能的影响,总结ACS的诊断和治疗经验,认为早期诊断、及时剖腹减压是改善预后、降低死亡率的关键。
