2004~2007年武汉市围产儿出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的:进一步了解掌握武汉地区围产儿出生缺陷的发生率和种类,探索出生缺陷影响因素和制定降低出生缺陷发生的干预措施。方法:对武汉地区2004~2007年部分开展助产的医疗机构分娩的围产儿出生缺陷监测资料进行分析。结果:武汉市2004~2007年围产儿出生缺陷发生率为8.1‰,4年间出生缺陷发生率有上升趋势,前5位出生缺陷类型依次为多指、唇腭裂、外耳畸形、唇裂及先天性心脏病;孕母年龄大于35岁,出生缺陷发生率明显增高;男婴出生缺陷发生率明显高于女婴;双胎出生缺陷发生率明显高于单胎;产前诊断率为27.1%;出生缺陷发生与孕早期异常情况、遗传有一定的相关性。结论:做好出生缺陷监测工作,加强出生缺陷的综合预防工作,减少出生缺陷儿的发生。

Analysis of the report of perinatal birth defects monitoring in Wuhan city from 2004 to 2007

Objective:By understanding the incidence and type of perinatal birth defect in Wuhan city,in order to explore the varieties and influencing factors and develop interventions to reduce the incidence of birth defect.Methods:The data of perinatal birth defects from 2004 to 2007 were gathered from monitoring hospitals in Wuhan.Results:The incidence of birth defect in Wuhan city was 8.1‰,and there was a upward trend during 4 years. The perinatal birth defects stood on the first 5 rank of incidence list followed by extra fingers,cleft lip and cleft palate,external ear malformation,cheiloschisis,congenital heart disease. The incidence of birth defect of those whose ages more than 35 was higher than others. The male birth defects were more frequent seen than female's,and twins suggested a much higher incidence than single birth. 27.1% cases were confirmed in prenatal diagnosis. There were certain correlation among birth defects, abnormal circumstances in early pregnancy and genetic factors.Conclusion:It is valuable to reduce the incidence by a well-planned birth defects monitoring and preventive health care program.
