同种原位心脏移植术后影像学观察8例

目的了解心脏移植术后心肺的主要影像学表现.方法回顾分析8 例同种原位心脏移植术后患者的影像学资料,包括X线床旁相,心脏远达,心电图,超声心动图和心内膜心肌活检.结果 X线床旁相及远达显示胸腔积液和心胸比率变化;心电图表现为各种心律失常,继发ST-T改变;超声心动图显示心包积液,瓣口返流,右心增大及肺动脉高压,左室收缩功能变化;心内膜心肌活检1例呈中度排斥反应.结论合理的影像学检查对心脏移植术后的动态观察具有重要意义.

An imaging observation of 8 patients after orthotopic heart transplantation

Objective To observe the main changes of cardiopulmonary imagines after orthotopic heart transplantation. Methods We analysed the imaging information of 8 patients after orthotopic heart transplantation, including X - ray film, echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, myocardial biopsy. Results X - ray films showed pleural effusion and changes in ratios of heart to chest. Electrocardiogram showed various arrhythmias and ST - T changes. Pericardial effusion, valvular regurgitation, right cardiac enlargement and pulmonary hypertension, changes in left ventricnlar systolic function were observed by echocardiogram. Moderate trasplant rejection was found in one case by myocardial biopsy. Conclnsion Reasonable imagining examinations are of great value to dynamic observation of patients after orthotopic heart transplantation.
