| 摘 要： | 河北省赞皇县是胃癌高发区,本研究从该地区慢性胃病患者胃液内分离出白色念珠菌並进行培养,将培养物参入饲料喂养NIH小鼠进行诱癌实验。结果诱发了小鼠肺腺癌和腺胃粘膜不典型增生,其发病率分别为26.1％(6/23)和30.4％(7/23)。对照组没有相同的病变发生。结合癌高发区现场情况,该结果提示白色念珠菌可能与肺癌和胃癌的发生有关。

| Abstract: | A study of the carcinogenicity of Candida albicans, especially its relation to gastric carcinoma, in NIH mice was made by feeding foodstuff mixed with culture of Candida albicans, which was obtained from gastric juice of patients with chronic stomach diseases in high risk area for gastric cancer, Zanhuang county, Hebei province. The lung adenocarcinqma and atypical hyperplasia in glandular stomach mucosa were induced in mice, and their incidences were 26.1% (6/23) and 30.4% (7/23), respectively. None of the animals in the control group developed the same pathological changes. According to the results obtained, it is likely that the Candida albicans is carcinogenic for the lung and may play some role in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer. |
