| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院抗糖尿病药的应用情况和发展趋势。方法对我院20102012年抗糖尿病药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)等情况进行统计分析。结果注射用胰岛素类制剂销售额呈现逐年上升趋势,口服类降糖药销售额有升有降。吡格列酮、二甲双胍、格列美脲用药频度一直位列前3位。结论主要抗糖尿病药物销售额及用药频度总体稳定,提示我院抗糖尿病药物使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status and trendency of the application of anti-diabetic drugs in our hospital during 2010-2012.Methods The utilization of anti-diabetic agents in our hospital during 2010-2012was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and drug utilization index（DUI）etc.Results The sales appeared a increasing trend.The usage of pioglitazone,melbine and glimepiride ranked in the top three positions.Conclusion The sale and medication frequency of major anti-diabetic drugs were relatively steady.The results show the usage of anti-diabetic medicine in our hospital is generally reasonable. |
